Processing Times
Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times are determined by USPS and may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

All purchases made at The Piston Annies are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package arrives damaged during transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the contact form (found on our menu). To be eligible for a resolution, you must provide:
- Photographic proof of the damaged packaging and item(s)
- Your order number
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
